Yes! If you are not fully satisfied and our support team is unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction a full refund will be provided upon return of products. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee can be reviewed in the Refund Policy.
Subscription supply drops are automatically converted to our ice edition supply drops during December, January and February.
Supply drops and merchandise are shipped within 24 hours of ordering – daily, excluding Sundays and holidays.
Battalion Bait uses priority shipping within Canada. Supply drop and merchandise delivery is typically 2 -5 business days.
Yes! Your supply drop subscription can be upgraded from the Enlisted or Special Ops supply drops anytime by simply selecting My Account → Subscriptions → View → Upgrade.
Yes! Your supply drop subscription can be paused anytime by simply selecting My Account → Subscriptions → View → Suspend. During a paused supply drop subscription Battalion Bait Rank benefits will no longer accrue.
Your supply drop subscription can be reactivated anytime by simply selecting My Account → Subscriptions → View → Reactivate. Your Battalion Bait Rank benefits will now accrue from your reactivation date.
Yes! Your supply drop subscription shipping address can be changed anytime by simply selecting My Account → Subscriptions → View → Change Address. Enter the new shipping address in the following form and select Save Address. You next supply drop will be delivered to your new address.
Yes! Your payment method can be changed anytime by simply selecting My Account → Subscriptions → View → Change Payment. You will be redirected to the Checkout page where you can enter your new payment method. Select Submit and your payment method will immediately be updated. You may return to My Account to verify the new payment method.
Apple Pay® and Google Pay® will only work if you have set both the billing and shipping addresses in the preferred credit or debit card. This can be done in your device settings card wallet. You must also be logged into your My Account.
