By using the Battalion Bait website you consent to the Privacy Policy.
Financial Information
Battalion Bait does not store any direct financial information such as debit or credit card numbers or accounts on its website, web server or by any other means unless saved directly by you in your My Account. All financial transactions are provided by third-party providers such as PayPal, Stripe or Apple Pay. Any other storing of debit or credit card data occurs only by you, on your browser, or at the third-party payment providers, upon your consent. Please refer to their policies on protecting your financial information.
Customer Orders
Your personal data will be used to process your customer order, validate financial information such as billing and shipping addresses by our third-party payment providers and support your experience throughout the Battalion Bait website. Some products and services such as monthly subscriptions and downloads require an ongoing relationship with said payment providers. You maintain personal individual access to your My Account and your credentials should never be shared. Battalion Bait will never ask you to disclose your credentials. You may update and/or delete any information in your My Account.
Disclosing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include when permission is given to trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our website terms, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on Battalion Bait. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of this website and welcome any feedback about these links.
Children’s Online Privacy
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) and recommendations from The Privacy Commissioner of Canada, We do not collect any information from anyone under 16 years of age. Battalion Bait, and its services are all directed to persons who are at least 16 years old or older.
Forms
Contact, comment, recommendation, rating and testimonial forms all collect limited information in the required* entry fields. These forms also track your IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Additionally, IP addresses of all Battalion Bait visitors, spiders and bots are collected to maintain our encrypted security features and firewall applications used to protect us, you, and your data.
Media
If you upload images or avatars to Battalion Bait, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to Battalion Bait, like any other website, can download and extract any location data from images on Battalion Bait.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on Battalion Bait you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year. Cookies can be disabled and deleted anytime from your browser settings.

If you are a member of the Battalion™ with editor permissions and edit or publish a Blog article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded Content
Blog articles on Battalion Bait may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Battalion Bait may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content.
Your Data Rights
If you have a Battalion Bait account or have left comments, recommendations, reviews, ratings or Blog articles you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you and or delete your account. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
