Satisfaction Guarantee
At Battalion Bait we value our customers and offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Our guarantee applies to all supply drops and any merchandise purchased at the Shop. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will provide a full return and refund of your purchase. Returns should be in an unopened and unused condition. Please contact [email protected] and our support team will assist you in the return process.
Merchandise
Many of the products sold at Battalion Bait are manufactured by third party suppliers and may come with different warranties and guarantees. Should a product be discovered defective or damaged after the Battalion Bait 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee expires, we will also honor any suppliers warranty provided we are also able to recover our costs. Please do not send your purchase back to a third-party supplier or manufacturer.
Downloads
Battalion Bait may offer downloadable product materials such as gift cards, event tickets or e-books directly from your My Account. In such cases, limited refunds apply and this may be considered an exclusion to our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee subject to verification of receipt of content. In some cases downloadable product materials may be considered ‘final sale’ once verified as received.
Shipping
Where possible, Battalion Bait may send you a pre-addressed return label or shipping box/envelope for your convenience. In some cases, we may also cover all or a part of the return shipping costs where applicable. Return shipping costs remain at the discretion of Battalion Bait and are determined on a case-by-case basis and are subject to inspection results upon receipt and prior to any refund.
Refunds
Once a return has been received, inspected and determined eligible for a refund, Battalion Bait will issue refund direction to our third-party payment providers. In most cases, refunds are handled in one business day but in some cases may be longer. Refunds can only be applied to the original purchase payment method. If the original payment method is no longer valid, Battalion Bait may apply a My Account credit towards future purchases rather than providing a refund. Products purchased as a gift can only be refunded to the original purchaser.
